Supplication: Bringing our requests before God is an essential part of prayer, whether for ourselves or others. Asking for wisdom, strength, healing, or guidance allows us to rely on Him fully.

While structured prayer models can be helpful, they are not meant to be rigid rules. Prayer should remain personal and heartfelt, with room for spontaneous conversation and reflection. Whether speaking aloud, journaling, or silently meditating, the goal is to develop a prayer life that feels natural and meaningful.
